Founded by the brains behind G&M Fashion Career – a boutique talent agency dedicated to the fashion, luxury and lifestyle industry – the Glowth Academy team is built from knowledge spanning more than fifteen years. Head hunting top talents for key players like LVMH and Inditex, lecturing in global universities and coaching +1000 fashion professionals, the team are fluent in the finest recruitment strategy services for a vast pool of vacancies: including design, development, business support, buying, merchandising, marketing and more.

Our career & academy expert.
Inspired by talent and fluent in the fashion and luxury vocation, Sacha has spent the last 13 years working in recruitment & talent, people & career development and human capital management.
Acquiring a double Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology and HR Management, he started his career journey in the HR Department of Louis Vuitton. From there, he moved to Ireland where he refined his headhunting skillset, working as an international consultant and recruiting for several fortune 500 in across industries like IT, Finance and Insurance. This led Sacha to become a specialist in the fashion & luxury business, recruiting for luxury brands as well as fast fashion players. Clients included Louis Vuitton, Salvatore Ferragamo, Michael Kors, Lancel, Inditex and Desigual.
Since then, he has been hunting for candidates all around the world, placing remarkable talents into a wide range of Métiers within the industry. With a core focus on each candidate's experience, Sacha’s unique working approach guarantees the greatest support expertise for enhancing your career in fashion and luxury.
